POLICY AND DISCLAIMER

All products purchased from JNG Trading Corporation, d.b.a. JNG Autosports, carry the original manufacturer warranties.  JNG Autosports does not offer additional warranties on products we sold.  If you need to return or exchange an item, please call (626) 579-5388 for a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA). A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on non-defective merchandise. Items that have been installed or used may NOT be returned. Items returned must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. Custom designed or engineered merchandise is NON-RETURNABLE. Return freight and other shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. No returns will be accepted after 10 days (no exceptions).
 

Return for Refund :   Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

 

Wheels :	Credit less all freight charges incurred.  Wheels CAN NOT have had tires mounted or used.  Please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
Special Order Items :	Special order items are NOT refundable.
Chip-tuning Products :	Chip-tuning related products, including software, hardware, tuned files, etc.  are NOT refundable.
Electrical Parts or Equipments :	NO return or refund.

 

Orders shipped via Federal Express are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

 

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise.  Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Please call to report the damage and schedule a reshipment.

 

Manufacturers Warranties

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Disclaimer Statement

There is an inherent risk associated with motor-racing. JNG Trading Corporation, d.b.a. JNG Autosports is not liable for any injury or death resulting from the use of any products sold. Motor-racing, aggressive driving, including driving for any period of time at full throttle and car modifications of any kind, may reduce the useful life of your car or any of its wearable parts. Any performance-enhancing modifications made to motor vehicles may result in vehicle damage. Customer assumes the risks of all such modifications, and JNG Trading Corporation is not liable for any subsequent damage from the use of merchandise purchased from us. JNG Trading Corporation assumes no liability for any damages and/or injuries that might result from the installation or use of items we sell. All items sold by JNG Trading Corporation are intended for off-road and racing use only. Products sold have not been tested or approved by any federal or local governing agency and are not recommended for street use. Understanding the legal requirements or legal limitations regarding the use of any product purchased is the sole responsibility of the user.

 

JNG Trading Corporation shall not be liable or bound in any manner by any oral or written statement, representation, warranty, agreement or information pertaining to the merchandise furnished by the manufacturer or any representative or agent of the manufacturer. All disputes arising out of the manufacturer’s warranty or representation must be addressed with the manufacturer directly. We will be happy to assist in providing a contact name and number for the manufacturer. You shall have no recourse against us in any possible event for the manufacturer’s warranty or representation.
 

Prices are subject to change without notice.  JNG Trading Corporation's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the merchandises.

 

Governing Law
The terms and provisions/conditions of this agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
