POLICY AND DISCLAIMER

All products purchased from JNG Autosports carry the original manufacturer warranties.  JNG Autosports does not offer additional warranties on products we sold.  If you need to return or exchange an item, please call (626) 579-5388 for a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA). A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on non-defective merchandise. Items that have been installed or used may NOT be returned. Items returned must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. Custom designed or engineered merchandise is NON-RETURNABLE. Return freight and other shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. No returns will be accepted after 10 days (no exceptions).
 

Return for Refund :   Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

 

Wheels :	Credit less all freight charges incurred.  Wheels CAN NOT have had tires mounted or used.  Please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
Special Order Items :	Special order items are NOT refundable.
Chip-tuning Products :	Chip-tuning related products, including software, hardware, tuned files, etc.  are NOT refundable.
Electrical Parts or Equipments :	NO return or refund.

 

Orders shipped via Federal Express are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

 

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise.  Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Please call to report the damage and schedule a reshipment.

 

Manufacturers Warranties

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Disclaimer Statement

Motor racing is extremely hazardous. Products sold by JNG Trading Corporation, dba JNG Autosports, have no warranty or representations made with the ability to protect against injury or death. Motor racing, aggressive driving, including driving for any period of time at full throttle, and car modifications of any kind may reduce the useful life of the car and any of its wearable parts. Improving the performance of an engine by altering the engine's computer software may cause the engine to "work harder" and could result in damage to the car. The user assumes all these risks. JNG Trading Corporation is not responsible for any damages to a car of this kind. All of the items JNG Trading Corporation sell are for off road and racing use only and have not been tested or approved by any federal or local governing agency and are not approved or recommended for street use. Understanding the legal requirements or legal limitations regarding the use of this product is the sole responsibility of the user. JNG Trading Corporation is not responsible or liable for errors or omissions. Prices are subject to change without notice.

JNG Trading Corporation's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the merchandises. JNG Trading Corporation assumes no liability for any damages that might result from the installation or use of items we sold. By purchasing our merchandises, the buyer agrees to assume all liabilities and responsibilities for the outcome resulting from the installation of these products.
